Certain events do not require elaborate locations such as birthday parties, bridal showers, or family reunions. These types of events do not need a huge venue with caterers, valets and bartenders, making them much easier to plan in the process. Most of the time if you are planning a small party you can use someone’s home as the party location.
Making sure there is ample seating for all of your guests is the biggest priority when it comes to deciding on a party location. During the summer months you could even have your guests sit outside in a backyard at folding tables when it is time to eat. These types of party locations work out great as it is very easy to set up and does not require too much effort on your part as the event planner.
Another good party location, especially for family reunions, is the local park. Local parks will often times have a covered pavilion with many picnic tables that people can reserve, allowing for ample space for all the attendees to place their items they might bring to the party. There are also multiple grills at these locations making it quite easy for all of the families in attendance to cook the food they brought.
